At Togas Group, I initially joined as a Graphic Designer and later transitioned to Production Manager, where I led the company’s advertising and seasonal marketing campaigns. In this role, I managed end-to-end production processes—developing schedules, overseeing materials procurement, and handling logistics across 60 stores in 6 time zones. I was also responsible for shaping the design budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to meet both annual and seasonal objectives. Through close coordination with suppliers and installation teams, I maintained the brand’s visual consistency and ensured timely execution of all projects.
